Immediately! If you sign up to one of our plans on the day of your sight test or glasses purchase, you’ll automatically receive the requisite discounts.

All our plans are a three-month rolling contract, which means you can contact us anytime if you wish to cancel your membership and it will finish at the end of the current three-month cycle.

Of course. If you find that you’re not wearing your lenses as often and you want to suspend the lens portion of your membership just give us a call. We will continue to collect the fees each month so that you don’t have any disruption to your plan benefits.

Sorry, you’re only eligible for the loyalty voucher once 12 monthly payments have been received. The voucher won’t be issued if you cancel your plan before then.
